May10Art

Today we were to draw something 'cracked'… besides eggs and concrete (which I think everyone did) the only thing I could think of was this line drawing by Picasso, couldn't remember the name so it took quite a bit of google searching to find this simple drawing.  He actually did a lot of these sorts of minimal line drawings of a penguin, a wiener dog, a flamingo, a camel, a bull, an owl and many others.  So forgive me for this shameless copy.

    Very creative use of the prompt! I wouldn't have known that about Picasso. You taught me something today.

    Shocking my mother would be appalled I'll make sure I don't tell her about it tomorrow when I call her for Mother's Day LOL
