Took my first private lesson tonight with my flute instructor Kristen, I like her very much, and with her help I managed to make a sound. With practice this week I will hopefully be able to play two notes. She was relieved to discover that I can already read music, she seems pretty enthusiastic that I'll be able to learn to play the flute, something I have always wanted to do.
