The interestate system didn't exist when I was born, I can remember when parts of it were graded and the culverts under it were big enought for an adult to walk thru without bending over, my cousin Barbara and I used to walk thru the culvert to visit a friend that lived on the other side. Today, there is not a hint of my Uncle's house nor of the friend's house that we used to visit... progress to be thankful for... and a little nostalgic about too.
