I can't believe it our hockey team (young men mostly from Canada or the upper mid-West) must be in SHOCK, it was 70 degrees today… and yet the hockey game scheduled for tomorrow night has been CANCELED due to the threat of SNOW!!!! I would have loved to hear the comments in the locker room on THAT today.

    I want snow too, but we are not so lucky as others :)

    Do you have the children's story of chicken little? An acorn fell on her head and she ran around saying the sky is falling! We almost never have snow, with one inch predicted..everything has closed down.

    Sometimes we cannot guess few meanings because of culture...

    You should Google 'Chicken Little'… and find the story, I think they even made a children's movie based on the story.
