Palmetto Shadows

Finally finished... this painting was based on a DVD by Anne Abgott and her book 'Daring Color'... I'm pleased with it, and will probably try again as there are some issues with this one, but I'm not going to help you find them LOL.

    Thanks Sharon and Susan... the varied colors in the shadows is what drew me to this DVD and spurred me to give it a try. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out... and finding Verditer Blue by Holbein and Brown Madder as a shadow color combo... was an added bonus.
