The Great Blue Heron is such an elegant, graceful bird it is a thrill for me every time I see one.
Rainy again today, but warm... I'm hoping for some good weather to work on my yard a bit this weekend.

I like the way you did this one. Herons are magical. I thought I saw one swoop behind the shed and to the creek/ditch when we first moved last fall. I keep hoping it'll return when I can see it.
