I've already removed the tiny brush, and added 4 more half pans from my old box... now this tiny box has 12 colors in it... I added Cerlean Blue, Sap Green, Burnt Umber, Hookers Green... I know 3 greens is too much, I think I'll add another yellow and/or some Raw Sienna, maybe drop the black and add a violet... it's so hard to decide LOL Time to go throw a little paint on some paper :-)

What a neat box of colors! I've just been catching up on your journal. Hope your ouchies from the fall are beginning to feel better. I did practically the same thing about five years ago. Happened at work, and I cried...not from the embarrassment, either. Oh, and your painting of the pansies is spot on, looks so much like a real one.
ReplyDeleteI have the same box! Besides being tiny and adorable, it's a great paint box. Having three greens will save you the bother of a lot of mixing, and you want this box to be handy and efficient.
