Bluebirds, azaleas blooming, Spring is coming... so why is it so darn cold still?

    Bluebirds *and* azaleas already? I'm green with envy. No, wait, make that I'm frozen up here and wishing you could put that Charleston spring in a bottle and send it this way :)

    Oh, bluebirds! They remind me of my dad and my best friend. They used to compete for who got the first one of the season. They each had houses easily seen from their living room windows.
    I miss them both very much but smile with memories every time I see one of those blue beauties.
