Watercolor paper prices and soaking up the atmosphere at the downtown art store. They've moved into a basement, bigger than the store front they had on King street, and still manned by such artistic young people. The young lady at the register..gave this old grey haired old woman the 'student' discount because I was patient... LOL I was pleased it was a student discount and not a 'senior' discount... Paper seemed a bit high, but not horrid with my 'discount' LOL

What weight paper do you use? I like 140 lb. Fabriano Artistico. It is a nice weight, usually flattens right back out, and lifts really well as long as it is not a staining color. :)
