One of the down sides to working at home alone, is on fun days like April Fools, nobody Fooled me all day. The few I saw on TV were too obvious to actually fool anyone. I guess the cloned Dinosaur was the best one I saw, the Octopus in the tree, the worst one.
I like you pages. They have a touch of whimsy that I seem to be unable to capture well.
ReplyDeleteThanks for you comment on my blog. Here are the answers to the questions posed:
1. Yes, I use acrylic paints (cheap craft bottles), and watercolor paints on my pages.
2. No I do not gesso every page. I only gesso pages that I think will have a lot of layers on them.
3. I use the stamp to note that I am done with a page. I never go back and tweak a page once that stamp is on.
4. I like the mix of writing and sketches in one journal. Am loving exploring that this year.
See you in klass!
Thanks Elizabeth...funny isn't it I think my journal pages quite boring next to hype beautiful pages you create. Perhaps skool will teach us both how to expand and explore.
