Mar11Art

I'm taking Kate Johnson's Strathmore 'Sketching with Watercolor' along with almost 3,000 other students. Test driving our brushes was one of the assignments for this week's class. The DaVinci synthetic flat is one I bought based on Brenda Swenson's recommendation. I really like that little 1/2 inch flat, it's the perfect size for sketchbook washes... I love my Escoda brushes from Spain, I have travel brushes too, that are so easy to use.

  1. Elaine, looks like you are having fun in that class. I'm in there too, but a bit behind the group. Thanks for sharing your blog.

  2. Thanks for dropping by Coleen, I'm probably behind too... I haven't done any of the big assignments like the basil plant, or the barn painting... The videos are supposed to be available until August so hopefully by then I'll be able to catch up :-)
