don't think the 'Greens' expected any opposition to their 'plan' for Charleston... including to just name a few things, higher taxes on cars based on co2 emissions, banning gas lawn mowers and weed trimmers... and no outdoor burning... so no BBQ grills or oyster roasts... it was a plan with a few 'carrots' and even more 'STICKS'... in the end they voted to table the measure for 60 days... a minor victory... since the 'Greens' thought they had this sewn up and in the bag.
