I really admire Anne Watkins style, this is my pitiful attempt to do a similar painting... It's a technique that is way harder to do than it looks...

    I think this is really very good! I googled Anne Watkins and she DOES have such a lovely style... she really knows how to use form, and shadow. Thank you for posting this I really enjoyed it!
