I bought a new Toshiba laptop this year with Vista on it.... Vista was and/is such an annoying slow operating system I tried to have it taken off and XP put on my laptop but it couldn't be done... I was told by the folks at Toshiba that I needed to accept Vista and get over it.... so I packed up that laptop and but it in the closet... I'm over it... I'm going to buy a Mac, after 35 years of using Microsoft products I'm done... I moving on to something else... now I just need to decide what I want a Mac Book Pro or an iMac? Anybody have an opinion?

We got Beau a t-shirt at Palmetto Moon, put it on him tonight and he was NOT pleased, he rubbed and rolled and tried his best to get it off... and finally sat with his back turned to me with his ears pulled back... a sure sign of Beauregard unhappiness... so we took it off of him. I'll try it on Gracie later tonight.

Didn't use one of my 'good' skies.. painted a couple of new ones... for trees later... so this was my first practice tree... I like how it turned out for the most part. my branches need work... but I like the greens I got tonight... I'm glad I went thru all the mixing work before hand.

This was fun to do, the grandson got a kick out of reading it in the mirror. I was reading today the Leonardo DaVinci wrote like this is all his journals and sketch books so I thought I'd give it a try.

PS - Your kids might like to see this too... and try it themselves . Just print it out and hold it up to the mirror so that you can read it too.

More mixing greens... I this I like the Ultramarine blue and Cad Yellow for a dark green... and Turq Blue and cad Yellow for a sunny grass green color.
