Remember the fairy tale about the little boy who cried 'Wolf'... I may be wrong, but is the SC governor crying 'WOLF'... I mean the hurricane is still around Cuba and they are already ordering evacuation TOMORROW, and closing the interstate.  Good grief does anyone beside me think it's just a tad early for PANIC mode?
