#WorldWatercolorMonth... HORROR in Nice France today.  What is wrong with people?  A terrorist killed 84 women and children in the streets with a truck.  The people of France were celebrating their Independence Day (Bastille Day) and were in the streets after a fireworks show when this coward ran them down. So sad.
